Fran and I both wish to thank you for your excellent and professional planning and construction of our remodel. Since the addition of our "golf cart garage" was streetside and very visible it was important that both the design and construction materials match and complement existing conditions. Since completion we have had no less that six neighbors pass by and comment that the addition "looks as though its always been there".

We were also pleased with the process itself. The planning was timely and you gave us various "looks" to consider which helped greatly with our decision making. Your process and management of the homeowners Architectural Review Commission and the City processes were also timely and allowed construction to commence right when we wanted it to. Finally, your construction process was well planned, efficient and completed within a very reasonable time frame. We especially enjoyed the the interaction with you and your subs. You always asked for our approval on items that may have otherwise been a "surprise" and were willing to change the very few things that weren't in our view, quite right.

I cannot say enough praise for the service provided by Noland and his team. Everyday started at the time stated would be there and the work done professional. Every afternoon the person there would clean the area and ensure they told us they were leaving. They respected our safety by wearing masks and picked up in the front so no tripping. Every person was caring and thoughtful. We had a master bath remodel which included moving plumbing, carpentry work and tile. All expertly done. Next year we have plans already to to kitchen and of course we are on their schedule
